Welcome, ghosts

Backgrounds are not something I'm particularly interested in, but for this piece there was a specific atmosphere I wanted to achieve so I decided to go for it. This piece was also a lesson in taking shortcuts and accepting that it's okay and nobody will notice the difference.

I've also decided to try and be a little less secretive about my nerdy OCs. So I'm going to try and make some nice artwork of them! This guy here is basically a necromancer who struggles to connect with anybody, he tries to do one good thing and it utterly backfires.
